Stylish alpine chalet ski-in/ski-out in Leogang at the Steinberg gondola

Chalet Steinberg is located in Leogang in the Rain district in a quiet area on the Steinberg descent and only approx. 500 m from the Steinbergbahn valley station. From here, guests have direct access to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn - one of the largest ski areas in Austria with its 270 kilometers of pistes. The chalet is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy ski-in/ski-out. A practice lift for children can be reached from the house in 100-200 meters. But also in summer Chalet Steinberg is ideally located as a starting point for hikes, for mountain bikers and for guests who want to visit Salzburg, Zell am See, Kitzbühel or the Großglockner, play golf or simply enjoy the mountains.

Chalet Steinberg was extensively renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail and transformed into an exclusive vacation chalet. State-of-the-art furnishings combined with a charming Alpine look make the chalet a stylish vacation home in the mountains with magnificent views of the Leoganger Steinberge to the north and the Steinerne Meer to the east. The chalet is built on a split level and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the entrance level there is a living/sleeping room with bunk beds, sofa bed and separate sitting area - children have their own realm here! A few steps lead down from the entrance area to the sauna and the utility rooms. On the garden level is the large open-plan living area with flat-screen TV, a cozy dining area and a tasteful fireplace room with large panoramic windows. Hobby cooks will get their money's worth in the fully equipped country house kitchen. A large, well-kept garden and the 2 terraces facing different directions invite you to relax, play, sunbathe or enjoy a meal. A few steps lead up from the garden level to a mezzanine floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, balcony and a separate bathroom with bath/shower/WC. Further steps lead up to the upper floor. In addition to two bedrooms with a shared balcony, from which guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains, there is also a bathroom with shower/WC. There are no child safety locks on the stairs or sockets in the chalet. We accept no liability for accidents.

The nearest, very nice and rustic restaurant is within walking distance of the chalet, otherwise Leogang offers a variety of restaurants for different requirements, a well-stocked supermarket, village store, butcher and bakery, all of which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
